If you cannot make it to a shift, we expect you to let us know 24 hours in advance. We have a zero tolerance policy for missing a shift without notice (except for extreme extenuating circumstances). Help to improve store processes and help by sharing insights from what customers say Maintain a clean physical appearance and follow employee handbook protocols Assist in cleaning the shop and providing a comfortable environment for customers Willing to wear an N95 mask during work hours if asked to do so Can lift 30 lbs and be on feet for up to 6 hours at a time Jump in to prep sauces, waffle cones, etc to re-stock as needed Promptly shares low stock of items that are not possible to re-stock within the shift so manager can ensure re-stocking Able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week Qualifications: Prior experience in the service industry is preferred though not necessary Preference for local candidates We will interview you to assess ability to meet the responsibilities of the job COVID-19 Vaccinated Compensation: $16 per hour plus tips (shared between workers on a shift) Seasonal bonus based business performance To Apply, please submit an application on our Jobreel here.
