Position Summary: The Healthcare SDR is a critical entry point in Veoci’s sales process, responsible for generating and qualifying leads within the healthcare and public health vertical. This role requires a mix of prospecting discipline, healthcare industry awareness, and comfort with SaaS platforms. As an SDR, you will be the first contact with hospital emergency managers, environment of care, business continuity leaders, compliance officers, epidemiologists, and executives. You’ll tailor your communication to multiple levels of the organization that are both pain-point rich and compliance-driven, where a digital solution can bring measurable value. — from individual contributors to VPs — ensuring prospects understand how Veoci can support their mission. You’ll be part of a focused team dedicated to expanding Veoci’s footprint in healthcare, working closely with Account Executives to open doors and create pipeline in one of our most strategic verticals. Position Summary We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Software Training Specialist to join our team and play a key role in helping our customers succeed with our SaaS platform. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, effective training to end users across a wide range of industries, ensuring they feel confident and empowered to use our software to its fullest potential. This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of customer experience, product knowledge, and education. Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective virtual and in-person software training sessions to new and existing customers in both a virtual and in-person format. Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, guides, video tutorials, and help articles. Adapt training courses and delivery styles to suit various audience sizes, technical abilities, and learning preferences. Customize training content to fit different user roles and industries. Manage the complete training system lifecycle, encompassing registration, scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, automation, and train-the-trainer programs. Partner with Solutions, Product, and Sales teams to identify common knowledge gaps and proactively address them through training. Help refine the onboarding process by ensuring training is aligned with product updates and customer needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our platform’s capabilities and enhancements. Track and report on training engagement, satisfaction, and effectiveness. Support internal enablement by training staff on new features or workflows. Contribute to continuous improvement of our training programs and resources. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience. 2+ years of experience in software training, customer education, or a related role—ideally in a SaaS environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear and engaging. Comfort with virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams, LMS platforms, etc.). Ability effectively manage time, work independently, multitask, and prioritize work appropriately Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for helping others learn and succeed. A team mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred Skills Familiarity with adult learning principles or instructional design. Background in technical writing, support, or customer success. Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work. Physical Requirements & Compensation Veoci offers remote work flexibility with this role being required to be onsite 3-4 days per week with the option to work offsite other days. The Training Specialist will need to travel 50% of their time for client training sessions. The wage range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 plus benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. Please note this role has an onsite working requirement in New Haven, CT. What You'll be Doing: As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you’ll be on the front lines of growth. No boring cold-calls all day — you’ll be learning how to connect with prospects, tell the story of what we do, and help them see how our product can change their business. Be the first point of contact for potential customers (aka the friendly human behind the emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages). Learn to qualify leads and pass them along to our Account Execs like a pro. Work closely with marketing + sales teammates to launch campaigns, track results, and celebrate wins. Use tools like HubSpot/Salesforce/Outreach (don’t worry, we’ll train you) to keep things organized. Get coached on sales techniques, objection handling, and how to close deals.
