Configure and customize applications on the Veoci platform based on client requirements. The Role We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Account Manager to own customer relationships, drive platform adoption, and build a thriving healthcare user community. This role combines healthcare domain expertise with technology advocacy and community leadership. You'll work with healthcare emergency managers, business continuity professionals, and safety officers to ensure they're getting maximum value from their investment - deepening engagement, coaching on new capabilities (including embedded AI), and facilitating peer learning across our healthcare customer base. Position Summary We are seeking a talented Solutions Engineer to join our Aviation team and support our solutions and customers. This role involves analyzing processes, understanding data flows and structures, and then digitizing them without the need for traditional coding. Solutions are built using Veoci’s intuitive point-and-click web interface. The ideal candidate will excel in collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders, effectively listening to their needs, and translating those requirements into functional software solutions. Responsibilities Conducting client discovery calls to gather client requirements and feedback to refine and enhance the solutions Configure and customize applications on the Veoci platform based on client requirements Utilize the platform's no-code tools to develop solutions that meet specific business needs without the need for traditional coding Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies and platform bugs, and propose digital solutions and enhancements (this includes providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients by responding to helpdesk calls and tickets) Translate complex business processes into streamlined digital workflows using the platform’s capabilities Serve as the primary technical contact for clients during the solution design and implementation phases Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure client satisfaction and success Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other technical teams to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions Work with the sales teams to provide technical insights during the pre-sales process, including demonstrations and client meetings Create and maintain detailed documentation of configured solutions, including process flows, data structures, and user guides Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to both clients and internal teams Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of the Veoci platform and other relevant tools Continuously seek opportunities to improve solution offerings and client engagement processes Conduct in person and virtual training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure they are proficient in using the configured solutions.
