Operations and Sales Fellow

Job Description:  
 We are looking for an organized, entrepreneurial, and personable operation and sales fellow to lead Jobreel’s efforts to onboard businesses in New Haven CT. Your role will be to create plans for business outreach, execute the pitch, track success, and iterate to improve.  Jobreel is the future of hiring; you will help businesses to save time, find better employees, and ultimately will support a thriving business community in New Haven.  
 Qualifications: • Creative - able to come up with improvements to the pitch • Personable - can easily connect with business owners • Communication - able to explain the value of Jobreel and answer business questions  • Technical Skills - Proficient in tracking follow ups in Google sheets • Design Skills - Able to learn to use Canva / design flyers and other marketing materials as needed  • Preference for an individual with deep experience in the hospitality industry to be able to understand the challenges of business owners  
 Commitment:  • Minimum 5 months  • 20-40 hours a week • Opportunity for growth depending on performance in the role.
